10:30am: Student/parents arrive at Boyd to load trucks/semi and grab uniforms/Shako's.

11:15am:Props/FE/ Equipment available to be unloaded at MISD stadium gate.

12:00pm:Band Students can start arriving @ MISD Stadium to grab instruments and prepare for rehearsal.You should eat before arriving to rehearsal

12:30pm: Latest arrival time for students to be dropped off at stadium

12:40pm: Enter stadium, Plumes passed out

12:50pm: on field in attendance block ready to start

1:00pm: Rehearsal Begins

5:00pm: End of rehearsal/restage prepare for dinner

5:30pm-6:15pm: Dinner (provided for staff/students)

6:15-6:30pm: Dress out/prepare for performance

6:30pm: Parents can arrive/enter, Student Leadership/group Circles

7:00pm: Parent Performance Begins

7:20pm: Pack up truck/semi's

8:00pm: unload everything at school
